Arabian Pancakes

I made these for brunch, and they were delicious. The orange blossum syrup was divine, and a welcome change to maple syrup. I'm going to try and find those pea green pistachios Nigella always uses during my trip to the UK as I haven't seen them here. I'm in a bit of a calorie-laden stupor and I feel like a little nap!
