Strawberry Ice Cream

It's when you taste the real stuff that you wonder what they add to make the synthetic flavour that we are used to! Haagen Dazs has just lost a really good client, as I've crossed over to the other side, and I tell you the grass is greener :o)

The vanilla bean added to the custard really brings out the strawberries, and it's so creamy...
