Short Pasta with Asparagus, Lemon, Garlic & Parsley

This is a pasta version of one of my favourite risotto recipes. I thought I had rigatoni or penne in the cupboard, turns out I had orecchiette, which were fine. A really zesty pasta dish, complete with still slightly crunchy asparagus, and generously covered with grated reggiano. I'm certainly getting my moneys worth with this pasta dish!
