Chicken & Cashew Nut Curry

I had an informal dinner party on Sunday, a group of friends round to play Tarot (a french card game) and decided this would be an easy, prepare in advance and leave to it's own devices, main course. Well the curry was delicious, although I'd forgotten to fish out the cardamon pods, and I was the only one to crunch down on one!
