Banana & Butterscotch Upside-Down Tart

Think tarte tatin meets banofee pie. I'm a huge fan of tatin's and I invariably order it when it's on the dessert menu...but this is even more heavenly due to the butterscotch sauce replacing the usual caramel. Next time I'll make a buttermilk icecream to go with it...mmm!
