Watermelon, Feta & Olive Salad

I've made this before and deliberately decided to start my project with this recipe. This is summer impersonated- the most heavenly marriage of flavours, and so easy to put together and an instant crowdpleaser. My guests had a rather dubious look in their eyes before trying but left demanding the recipe!
