Peach Ice Cream

I was walking past a fruit stand yesterday and saw boxes of 12 peaches going for $2, all ripe & unbruised, so the perfect opportunity to make this ice cream. I had to make 2 batches as my 1.5 quart machine only allows smallish quantities to be made at a time. Next time I'll be a little more heavy handed with the schnapps too, as I couldn't really taste it. It goes very well with left over choc & malibu sauce too :)
