I made this to go with the lamb cutlets above, as suggested by Nigella. I went out to buy tahina or is it tahini ? - the manufacturers didn't seem to agree with each other. It looked like clay, smelt like clay, but tasted a little less like clay (are you're wondering how I know...?). I was dubious. I mixed it with the other ingredients and gave a teaspoon to the husband (my chief tester alias the guinea pig) and he liked! I personally think I over garliced & over salted (and forgot the parsley). It went well with the lamb though.
