Baked Pasta Shells stuffed with Spinach & Ricotta

After a hectic week I was looking for something quick and easy to do. Voilà... simple yet tasty. I added extra basil to the sauce and halved the ingredients, and there are 2 portions left over for the week ahead so when I'm at work the other half won't starve to death or eat take away.
